Request Account & Personal Data Deletion

Google Play Developer Policy requires developers to provide a publicly accessible web link where users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data without needing to install or log in to the app.

Important Information Regarding Deletion:

  • Personal Identity Data Purged: Username, profile photos, bio, email address, phone number, passwords, active sessions, and direct messages are permanently erased.
  • Irreversible: Once processed, this action cannot be undone. You will lose access to existing profile levels, medals, and badges.
  • Legal & Financial Retention: Virtual currency transaction records (Diamonds and Beans ledgers) are anonymized and retained strictly to comply with financial auditing and anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Processing Timeline: Requests submitted through this web portal are validated and processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Provide the unique identifier associated with the Aura Live account you want deleted.

Prefer instant in-app deletion?

Open the Aura Live App ➔ Profile ➔ Settings ➔ Account Security ➔ Danger Zone ➔ Delete Account. In-app deletion takes effect immediately after password confirmation.
