Terms of Service & Community Agreement

Welcome to Aura Live Voice Chat ("Aura Live", "Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Aura Technologies Ltd.

These Terms of Service (including this End User License Agreement / EULA) govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites (https://auralivechat.online), voice rooms, and all related interactive services.

By creating an account, downloading, or using Aura Live, you legally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Aura Live is strictly designated for adult users aged 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

We enforce strict age verification upon registration. Individuals under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from registering, broadcasting, or participating in audio voice rooms. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child exploitation, with immediate account termination and legal reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Users are solely responsible for the audio, text, photos, and gifts they transmit. In accordance with Google Play Social & UGC Developer Policies, you agree that you will NOT broadcast, publish, or share any content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, or promotes non-consensual sexual content.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, terrorism, racism, discrimination, or cyberbullying.
• Harasses, defames, threatens, blackmails, or violates the privacy of other community members.
• Promotes illegal real-money gambling, fraudulent financial schemes, or money laundering.
• Impersonates Aura Live staff, executives, verified badges, or any other individual or entity.

Violators will face immediate permanent account termination, device/IP banning, and forfeiture of virtual balances.

To maintain a safe, welcoming environment, Aura Live equips all users with proactive safety controls:

• 1-Tap In-Room Reporting: Tap any user avatar or the room menu to report objectionable content or harassment with selectable categories.
• Instant 1-Tap Blocking: Block any user directly from their profile or during a live room. Blocked users can no longer interact with or message you.
• 24/7 Moderation Response: Our Trust & Safety team actively reviews reports, kicks offending broadcasters, and bans repeat offenders within 24 hours.

Aura Live features in-app virtual items, including Diamonds (used to send gifts and nobility privileges) and Beans (earned by creators from received gifts).

• In-App Purchases: Diamond packages on Android are purchased directly through Google Play In-App Billing or our authorized partner directory.
• Digital License Only: Diamonds and virtual items represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for in-app entertainment and have no real-world monetary value.
• Refund Policy: All digital item purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by Google Play Policies or applicable statutory consumer protection law.

Eligible broadcast hosts and registered agencies earn Beans from community gifts. Beans may be exchanged for Diamonds or withdrawn through authorized host settlement methods (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa) under the official Broadcaster & Agency Compensation Charter.

Users may never cash out purchased Diamonds. Settlements are reserved exclusively for legitimate creator performance and verified agency targets.

In compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies, you have the perpetual right to delete your account and personal data at any time:

• In-App: Profile > Settings > Account Security > Permanently Delete Account.
• Public Web Portal: Visit our publicly available Account & Data Deletion Portal to submit a ticket without reinstalling the app.
